Un pain moelleux à base d'avoine saupoudré d'avoine.
Ingrédients : Eau, mélange de farines TBE (riz brun et blanc, arrow-root, amidon de tapioca, farine de riz doux) , (Bio : riz brun, sarrasin, amarante, quinoa, tapioca, graines de lin moulues, poudre à lever, gomme de guar, gomme de xanthane), farine d'avoine, huile de noix de coco, psyllium, sirop de riz, sel de mer, levure, chia moulu.
