2 layers of vegan cake sponge and 1 layer of chocolate buttercream*. 

Covered in chocolate buttercream with chocolate sprinkles. 
*Available in vegan, dairy free or “regular” (please specify in note section) 

Ingredients: TBE flour blend (Brown rice, White rice, Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Sweet rice flour), Organic cane sugar, Cocoa, Salt, Xanthan gum, Regular or Vegan sour cream, Vegetable oil, Vanilla extract, Egg replacer (Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Baking powder, Baking soda).  
Filling ingredients: Butter, Vegan butter (Plant based), Icing sugar, Vanilla extract.

Please note: we CANNOT write on a cake this size.

Always make sure the cake is out at least 2 hours before serving as it should be room temperature! Enjoy!

Lovely cake!

I brought this 4 inch cake for a thanksgiving celebration for the gluten free family members. It is delicious, and I kept going back for more! I would highly recommend.

GF Chocolate cake

The cake is delicious. A bit small. Would appreciate options of larger sizes. A little tricky to slice.

Hello Sheri, Thank you for your review. We are very happy you liked the cake. The 4' is made for people that do not want to have a big cake and be tempted to eat more than they should!!! Ha! Ha! We also have 6' and 9' available to order 72 hours in advance. Our 4' is also made as a ready to go cake as it takes little space as we have outgrown our current fridge and space.
