Hello Elaine, Thank you for your review. All beignets and crullers are baked each Fridays and Saturdays and we also put them in the freezer. Sorry they are not of your liking! Regards, Josée

I never leave the bakery without buying 6 beignets. And by the time I get home, there are only 3 remaining. SO GOOD!
