... these croissants were much better than expected -- given what we've experienced before with others' GF croissants offerings.

Fantastic!

I've been looking for GF croissants as a celiac and decided to give Bread Essentials a try.
The croissants are amazing, and taste fantastic! They are also very easy to prepare and bake. I will be ordering them on a regular basis.
