Pizza Dough Frozen (Makes a large 14") - Available In Store Only
Ingredients: Water, TBE Flour Blend(Brown & White rice, Arrowroot, Tapioca, Sweet rice), Oil, Tapioca, Coconut flour, Psyllium, Sugar, Salt, Baking powder, Yeast.
Instructions: Let the dough ball thaw completely in the fridge overnight. When you are ready to start your pizza, put some oil of your choice on parchment paper, put the dough on the parchment, use an oiled saran wrap and start shaping your pizza the way you want (square, round or oval) or you can put the oil directly on your hands and shape as you, please. Add your favourite toppings and bake at 400 to 450 degrees min. until your toppings are baked the way you like them. Enjoy your delicious creation! TBE
