During our proofing process, all of the organic cane sugar used to feed the dough and the levain is converted into healthy organic acids, leaving no sugar!
Ingredients: Water, TBE flour blend (Brown rice, White rice, Arrowroot, Tapioca starch, Sweet rice flour), Psyllium, Olive oil, Organic cane sugar, Sea salt, Ground chia, TBE sourdough starter.
Toppings: plain/no seeds.

Ingrédients: Eau, Mélange de farine TBE (Riz brun, Riz blanc, Arrow-root, Fécule de tapioca, Farine de riz sucré), Psyllium, Huile d'olive, Sucre de canne biologique, Sel de mer, Chia moulu, Levain TBE.
Garnitures: nature/sans graines.
