The Bread Essentials signature croissants. Flakey and flavourful, a gluten-free must-have!
Ingredients: TBE Croissant Flour blend (brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot, sweet white rice), Water, Organic cane sugar, Tapioca starch, Coconut milk powder, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan gum, Pectin, Guar gum, Chocolate sticks, Unsalted butter.

Ingrédients: Mélange de farine de croissant TBE (farine de riz brun, farine de riz blanc, fécule de tapioca), Eau, Sucre de canne biologique, Fécule de tapioca, Lait de coco en poudre, Levure, Sel, Gomme xanthane, Pectine, Gomme de guar, Beurre non salé, Bâtonnets de chocolat.
Instructions to bake croissants at home
For morning croissants
1. Night before, take croissants out of the freezer and put in your
fridge on a tray
2. In the morning, preheat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit
3. Egg wash the croissants or use any vegan substitute (coconut oil,
margarine, etc)
4. Once oven is at 350, bake your croissants for 15-20 minutes or
until golden to your liking.
5. Enjoy!
You can also take them out of the freezer at room temperature 2 hours
before baking covered with a loose plastic. Preheat your oven and
follow steps 3 to 5!!!!

My favourite all time gluten free bread is the fluffy buckwheat. It’s delicious
Croissants are probably the hardest to make with GF flour. The ones from BE though, turned out to be a pleasant surprise! They are not like a "real" croissant, texture-wise. But the generous use of butter, yeast, and really good flours made these a real treat! Highly recommended!

Adore these. Buy them in 6s frozen to bake at home as needed. Remember to grab a delicious coffee in the store. Such kind people. Love this place!

We live in the US and visit family twice a year in Toronto. Every trip of ours has included buying these frozen croissants so my coeliac daughter could enjoy croissants like the rest of us throughout the year!
