350g each. During our proofing process, all of the organic cane sugar used to feed the dough and the levain is converted into healthy organic acids, leaving no sugar!
Ingredients: Water, TBE flour blend (brown rice flour, white rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour), Psyllium husk, Organic cane sugar, Salt, Chia seeds, Olive oil, TBE sourdough starter.

350g chacun. Au cours de notre processus de fermentation, tout le sucre de canne biologique utilisé pour nourrir la pâte et le levain est converti en acides organiques sains, ne laissant aucun sucre!
Ingrédients: Eau, Mélange de farine TBE (riz complet, riz blanc, arrow-root, amidon de tapioca, farine de riz doux), Psyllium, Sucre de canne biologique, Sel, Graines de chia, Huile d'olive, Levain TBE.
