Water, TBE flour blend (white rice flour, brown rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour), Rosemary, Psyllium Husk, Olive oil, Organic cane sugar, Salt, Chia seeds, TBE sourdough starter (water, brown rice flour). Sans produits laitiers, végétalien et faible en sucre
Original recipe tourtière from my paternal grandmother.
Ingredients: Butter Pie Shell - TBE flour blend (white rice flour, brown rice flour, arrowroot, tapioca starch, sweet white rice), Butter, Water, Sour cream, Rice vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Xanthan gum, Filling - Pork, Potatoes, Onions, Spices.
Instructions: Bake straight from frozen at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Reheat at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Ingrédients: Fond de tarte au beurre - Mélange de farines TBE (farine de riz blanc, farine de riz brun, marante, fécule de tapioca, riz blanc sucré), Beurre, Eau, Crème fraîche, Vinaigre de riz, Sucre, Sel, Gomme xanthane, Garniture - Porc, Pommes de terre, Oignons, Epices.
Instructions: Cuire directement à 190 °C (thermostat 6) pendant environ 30 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que la tourtière soit dorée. Réchauffer à 190 °C (thermostat 6) pendant environ 15 à 20 minutes.
